Modern house luminous plain with big windows overlooking the garden and lakes and at the same time warm and cosy. Interior designer Silvia Raimundez says “Downtown I have been running an interior design and furniture store called Old Oaks for 40 years where we manufacture English style furniture. But since the house I decorated belongs to my son I decided to arrange a much more modern style which I really loved.” The house has flat roofs straight lines recycled pine floors in the living room black and white floor tiles in the kitchen and concrete in the rest of the house. They used many soft textured fabrics like chenille white leather and chamois to create layers.
